Alyssa's Beach is the name we gave our privately owned studio apartment which is located in the Heart of the Art Deco District in Miami Beach, Florida. The apartment is located inside of the Shelborne Hotel and Beach Resort and it has an incredible view.

The resort has private access to the warm, sandy, tropical beaches that ranked South Beach as one of the Top Ten Beaches in World, by Travel Channel in 2003. It is within walking distance of the Lincoln Road Mall and its world-class restaurants and bars. It is also within walking distance of the Jackie Gleason Center for the Performing Arts and the Miami Beach Convention Center. This area is also a hot spot for the glamorous nightclubs, that are commonly featured in major magazines and cable channels.

The hotel has an oversized swimming pool, two hot tubs, a weight room, a restaurant, and two bars. The hotel offers massage services, has a small gift shop, and has a beauty salon.

Our apartment is fully furnished and nicely decorated. It has a king size bed, a queen size sofa bed with pillow top and comfortably sleeps four. It also has 27-inch remote control color TV with cable.

Our studio apartment has a small kitchinette, which includes a sink, a small refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, tea kettle, a blender, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, portable icemaker and a dining room table to accommodate up to four.

Some restrictions:

Our guests would have access to all of the hotels amenities, with few restrictions. (These restrictions include:)

1. No Maid Service or Room Service. (We can arrange maid service at an additional cost, but only if you are staying a minimum of four nights or more.)

2. The hotel employees will not provide the guests of private owners with towels or any other type of linens. (We will provide those at check in and stock up your room w/ the finest linens and towels.)

3. There is NO FREE PARKING in this area of South Beach and all guests & owners pay for valet parking or park by the meters next to the hotel. The hotel offers valet parking at the rate of $8 during the day or $16 per overnight stay. Meter parking costs $.25 every fifteen minutes and are enforced by the local police until midnight. Be careful, parking fines for expired meters are $18.

4. Lastly, all payments are made directly to us and not to the hotel. The payments must be paid either before or at the time you check in. On that date we will meet you and provide keys to the room.
