No, unfortunately this is the only thing that we are missing.
- Is there a parking?
Yes, there is a Public Parking three blocks away.
- Is there valet parking?
Yes, there is valet parking too.
- Is there a maid service?
Obviously the apartment is delivered in a perfectly clean condition.
Should you require a maid service, it is available to you, at your request at an additional fee.
- Is there any room service?
No, sorry for that.
- Is there an iron and ironing board?
Yes, both.
- Is there a full kitchen?
Yes, fully equipped with all the necessary items.

Everything is included for up to 4 people.
- How many TV sets are there?
One, 20" with VCR incorporated.
- Is there Cable TV?
Yes, there is Basic Cable TV, plus 2 Pemium Channels.
- Do you have a baby crib?
Yes, included with white linen and a stroller too !!!
So if you want, you may leave everything at home
and travel light, for once.
- What are the bed accommodations?
2 Double size Murphy Beds and a Double size sofa bed, plus the Crib.

- Are there any other charges, taxes, cleaning fees?
Except for the Security Deposit (which is refundable) and the maid service (if additionaly requested) the Parking is the only charge to consider.
- Is there a security deposit?
Yes, in the range of $ 150/250 according to the length of your stay (to be reimbursed).
- When will you return the security deposit?
Security deposit to be reimbursed within 10 working days from your departure date by check.
If you live outside the US it will be returned at departure.
- How do I make a reservation?
To make a reservation fill in the form at Booking and send it by email, or use the Fax Form on that page,
or call us from the info at the Top or Bottom
- How will I pay for the booking?
33% down payment.
67% balance plus security deposit 30 days prior to your arrival in US DOLLARS ONLY. Except for Christams and New Year's Eve where balance is sent 60 days prior to your arrival.
Should you be less than 30 days from your arrival, FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED.
You may use a personal check on US DOLLARS ON AN AMERICAN BANK ONLY, a Credit Card or a Bank Wire Transfer.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
A SERVICE CHARGE OF 3% to 5% IS APPLIED WHEN USING A CREDIT CARD
- Where do I send payment?
If you are mailing your payment, please call us to let us know, at that time we will give you all the proper info.

No, but we send you a Voucher
- Would you submit references from previous guests?
Yes, request them by filling the form at Booking and send it by email, or use the Fax Form on that page, or call us from the info at the Top or Bottom

- Do you have a cancellation policy?
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Reservations cancelled more than 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged $50.
Any reservation cancelled 72 hours or less will be charged $50 plus one night's stay including tax, cleaning fees or any other inclusive surcharges.
No show - No refund.
$50 change fee applies once reservation is confirmed.
Reservations on Special Offers cancelled, will be non refundable, but they could be applied towards future regular rates within 1 year.
- How and where do I pick up the keys?
Owner or agent's owner will meet you upon arrival to walk you through the apartment and deliver you the keys.
- Where do I leave the keys at departure?
Owner or agent's owner will meet you upon departure to receive the keys back from you.
- What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in time 4:00 p.m. & check-out time 10:00 a.m.
