The location. The price. The facilities.

Whether your party consists of one or more families, or a gathering of friends and relatives renting my home provides inexpensive roomy accommodation not available in an hotel. There are other advantages to staying in a home including spacious living accommodation for up to ten guests, no thin bedroom walls, and security for your children.

The two storey house can either be enjoyed as a 4 bedroom home or it can be used as a 3 bedroom house plus a studio suite. Each has it's own private entrance.

You can use the large downstairs master bedroom with ensuite bathroom as a self contained unit. This Suite has an American-size king size bed and own TV. (Ideal if you are vacationing with grandparents or a second couple, or maybe you could invite them for a few days.)The rest will form a three bed home.

The Upstairs master bedroom has an American Queen size bed with overhead canopy- so romantic- and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom has patio doors leading out to a balcony, perfect for that evening drink.

The double bedroom and bedroom with 2 twins share the third bathroom. The living area is very spacious- relax on the sofas, chat at the dining table for six or perched at the breakfast bar, prepare food in the fully equipped kitchen and if necessary use the laundry.

Children very welcome as this is a family friendly place

Our location is a big attraction. Lake Berkley, is a wonderful upmarket resort built around picturesque lakes. (A stroll around the lake at sunset is quite special.) but YES WE ARE NEAR ALL THE THEME PARKS. Quiet neighbourhood with little traffic so your kids are safer yet within 1 mile of highway 192 for shops, restaurants and entertainment. Wal-Mart and McDonalds are within 1 Mile. Disney is just 5 mins away.

Let your children play in the communal swimming pool where they will make friends. Then at home you can relax knowing that if you take your eyes off the little ones there is no pool for them to fall into. On site there is a spa, fitness room, tennis court, beach volley ball, small man made beach and children's playground.
